The sales point uniquely represents the relationship between a brand and the consumer and has a strategic importance for fashion companies. The purpose of the course is to produce highly specialised professionals with management, organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of filling positions in the retail environment with career development in the commercial and marketing divisions of a company.
In addition to providing an overview of the fashion system and products available, the course includes the study of strategic operative marketing, concentrating on retail marketing, an analysis of buying and consumer trends, visual merchandising, communication and promotional techniques at the point of sale.
Students will also acquire the necessary knowledge, methods and skills for the economic and financial management of the sales point, the fashion output process, human resources management and customer relations management.

ELIGIBILITY
The Master is open to graduates (or equivalent), final year students and professionals with at least 2/3 years experience in the retail sector.
HOW TO APPLY
The course is open to a limited number of participants. The selection procedure for admission consists of an aptitude test, practical exam and interview.
