Polimoda is an institution authorised by the Italian Ministry of University and Research to deliver academic programmes and award First-Level Academic Diplomas within the framework of the Higher Education in Arts, Music and Dance (AFAM) system, pursuant to Article 11 of Presidential Decree No. 212/2005 and Ministerial Decree of 31 March 2026, No. 384.
AFAM-accredited programmes award Academic Credits (CFA – Crediti Formativi Accademici), aligned with the European ECTS standard (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System) and recognised by Italian and international academies and universities for the purpose of further study.
Upon successful completion, students are awarded a First-Level Academic Diploma — equivalent to a three-year undergraduate degree — for a total of 180 ECTS credits, in accordance with the approved Study Plans.
