A sophisticated innovator known for his elegance, Alber Elbaz is exploring new territories. After a 14-year tenure as Creative Director of Lanvin, the brilliant creative is currently collaborating with Tod’s Factory project. Famous for sporting bow ties, Elbaz is a superstar with countless industry awards and accolades under his belt. When it comes to reimagination, he’s continuously changing the narrative with his passion for fashion.
This year, Elbaz attended the final exams of fourth-year undergraduate Fashion Design students, giving special guidance and sharing words of wisdom with the young designers during the occasion. As a special guest, he worked alongside Sara Kozlowski, CFDA Director of Education and Professional Development and Polimoda mentor of the course; Claudio Marenco Mores, Head of Education of Fashion Design and Design Management; and Danilo Venturi, Director of Polimoda.
On the occasion of his Polimoda Rendez-Vous, Elbaz advised the final collections of fourth-year Undergraduate Fashion Design students, offering insight into the workings of the ever-changing global fashion industry.
