Bold, Brilliant and The Best of Both Worlds
Microsoft Garage Teaches Collaboration and Technology in Fashion
From classroom learning and hands-on practical experience to real-world projects with Microsoft Garage mentors, Undergraduate in Fashion Marketing Management students will learn about new business and marketing opportunities presented by the Metaverse, the latest tools and technologies and how they can be the ones who move the fashion industry forward.
Giornetti talked about how creativity will change in the future, comparing it to what we know now. “Today’s process of developing ideas still rely on manual labor and artisanal techniques but these days there is no difference between then and now when you’re talking about virtual worlds where people share their emotions and values work together seamlessly through technology,” explained Giornetti.
“It’s something we desperately need to inject an exciting new energy into our offerings,” adds Pell, talking about how Microsoft Garage’s approach to innovation and experimentation can be applied by Polimoda and sharing this unique opportunity that will allow students to explore new career paths in the tech industry based on their design, marketing, and communication skills.
The new edition of the Undergraduate will start in October 2022.
