Arianna Mereu is a trend forecaster, innovation strategist and lecturer based in Florence, Italy.
In the past years, Arianna has held several academic positions and collaborates regularly with Polimoda as lecturer, project leader of the Master in Fashion Trend Forecasting and leading teacher of the Master in Textiles From Farm To Fabric To Fashion mentored by Lidewij Edelkoort. She held the position of Sustainability Manager for Pitti Filati, working on materials innovation and new aesthetics.
A former designer, Arianna applies sustainability, design thinking and foresight to every project, along with her expertise in solving growth challenges for fashion, luxury, lifestyle, and beauty brands, so that they can grow and thrive. They include Max Mara, Golden Lady Group, Mudpie-WGSN, L’Oréal, Wella, Dolomia, Luxottica and Essity among others.
