Every year, students from all over the world come to Polimoda to learn more about the world of fashion. Our programmes provide an exceptional opportunity to combine high quality learning with unforgettable experience in Florence where students are able to explore and enjoy exposure to Italian art, fashion and history. All courses encourage the development of ideas, experimention and a creative approach to what fashion is.
POLIMODA PROPOSAL
Polimoda offers an Intensive Italian Course, whose aim is to prepare foreign students to learn specific linguistic skills related to fashion, design and marketing and face Polimoda's admission exam.
Every year Polimoda proposes three editions:
- SPRING EDITION from March to April
- SUMMER EDITION from June to July
- AUTUMN EDITION from October to November
Each Edition will be divided in two levels:
a) First level: for those who do not speak any Italian. This class will start in March, June and October;
b) Intermediate-level: for those who already have some knowledge of Italian and would like to acquire some specific vocabulary related to fashion, design and marketing. This class will start in April, July and November.
Therefore, based on your knowledge of the Italian language, you may start in March, June or October (first level) and take a two months course, otherwise you can attend only the April, July or November program (intermediate level)
If the class wish to continue the training, there is the possibility to attend an high level (in May, August or December).
The course will be held from Monday through Friday, 5 hours per day, structured as follows:

One day a week the lesson will take place outdoor:
Florence tour (museums, historical buildings etc)
Ferragamo museum
Visits around Tuscany
Please note that the transportation expenses are not included in the tuition fee.
TIMING
SPRING edition: from 3rd to 28th March / from 1st to 24th April
SUMMER edition: from 3rd to 27th June / from 1st to 25th July
AUTUMN edition: from 1st to 28th October / from 3rd to 28th November
At the end of each Edition, there will be a simulation of the Polimoda's admission exam so that you can take it more easily.
Polimoda will issue a certificate of attendance at the end of the course.
The tuition fee for the intensive Italian course is € 1.700 for two months, while for one month the fee is of Euro850.

PRIVATE ITALIAN LESSONS
We also provide individual classes for those who cannot or do not wish to attend the regular Italian course and for Polimoda's students:
· Personalized Italian lessons to meet your specific needs;
· Individual preparation for the admission exam;
· An additional help with an expert to understand better the subject you are studing in your Polimoda course.
