For the second year in a row, Polimoda is partnering up with Vogue Italia for the Master in Fashion Art Direction. After the stupendous success of last year’s collaboration, the creative minds of tomorrow are being offered another possibility to learn from top professionals in the industry.
The Master in Fashion Art Direction offers a behind-the-scenes look at the dreamy Vogue editorial world, a chance to attend one of its exclusive editorial shoots and a visit to a design studio within the Vogue Talents network.
Art Directors are not just advanced graphic designers who build magazines. They’re professionals with the innate capacity of recognizing content that works from content that doesn’t. The position requires a combination of cultural background, contemporary research, personal vision, authority and instinct.
Last year, guest lecturers included Sara Sozzani Maino, Senior Editor of Vogue Italia and Editor of Vogue Talents, Francesca Airoldi, Chief Marketing Officer of Condé Nast Italia and Alan Prada, Deputy Editor-In-Chief Vogue Italia and l’Uomo Vogue.
The Master in Fashion Art Direction begins in October.
