A Fashion Portfolio is a visual collection of a student’s best fashion works that perfectly showcases their skills, qualities and personality.
Fashion Portfolio is a short course which aims to develop the student’s communication and visual skills, focusing on graphic design, typography and art direction in order to guide them in the creation of their portfolio.
The ultimate goal of Fashion Portfolio is to provide students with the skills to develop their own visual language and produce their own portfolio, which they will need to present when applying for other fashion-related courses or jobs in the industry.
This course stands out for its focus on the student’s personality, encouraging them to express their worth and skills through visual communication. Students will be able to use their art direction skills for visual communication and they will also acquire basic graphic design and typography skills in order to produce professional layouts.
The main lecturers on this course are industry professionals who have years of experience in the field. They can help students narrow down their career focus and pursue their desired career paths.
The Fashion Portfolio course is available both on campus and online, depending on what edition you choose.
On-campus learning provides students with the opportunity to interact face-to-face with instructors and peers, while online learning offers the convenience of accessing course materials from anywhere at anytime. This course is structured alongside the following learning modules:
- Graphic Design: introduction to graphic design techniques for the layout and visual presentation of the portfolio
- Typography: introduction to typography techniques for the textual content of the portfolio
- Art Direction: development of a visual language for the creation of the student’s own portfolio

Certificates
Once you complete the Fashion Portfolio short course, you will receive Polimoda’s Official Certificate of Attendance.
