Polimoda-International Institute of Design and Marketing was created and financed by the Comune of Florence and Prato and trade associations in collaboration with the Fashion Institute of Technology of the New York State University.
Polimoda holds high-quality specialized courses in the design, production, sales and marketing sectors, in collaboration with the Region of Tuscany, the Provinces of Florence and Prato and with subsidies from the European Union. Polimoda's aim is to provide students with a high-quality professional training in tune with the needs of industry.
FASHION MARKETING COURSES
These courses will offer students a general introduction on the fashion sector and provide them with the fundamental instruments regarding marketing strategies and product commercialization.
The program trains professionals to be able to work in the product division (an area of extreme importance) as the conduit between the creative idea of the style office and the actual manufacturing of the product.
The aim is to provide the professional training that enables students to respond to all of the demands of such a complex market as the world of fashion, which has an increasing need for professionals and specialized managers.
