Content

The course intends to provide the indispensable methods and theories for researching and presenting fashion trends. The participants will learn to put together a trends book to complete their portfolios.

 
Program

The concept of fashion trend, customs and economics: cultural phenomena and production strategies. How to plan a product in relation to current trends. From the colour to the fabric. From the fabric to the shapes. The target concept in relation to fashion trends. Singling out the topics behind trends. Tests, discussions and hands-on research. Organising teamwork. Coordinating colour charts, materials, fashion plates. At the end of the course the various teams compare their experiences.

 
Eligibility  

Enrolment is open to High-School graduates.

 
Admission  
Admissions are limited to guarantee the high quality of Polimoda. Cv is requested.
