- the activity of teaching and production of documentation, as well as planning, management, organization and teaching of courses (including distance learning) of professional and management training in all fields of activity of the fashion sector, either in Italy or abroad;

- the activity of research, study, planning, consultancy, research and analysis of the market on subjects related to the fashion sector and design in general, assistance and consultancy on production, quality control and product specifications control, for both operators in such sectors as clothing, textiles, footwear and other related associations, both for public and private entities, either Italian or foreign;

- the study and creation of purchasing plans and use of support funds for training and consultancy, research and personnel selection and organization of events;

- activity, for Polimoda or behalf third parties, of editing of texts or documentation, including organization of means and e-commerce service, for the sale of correspondence or distance learning.

Company administration or delegated authority

Art. 10) The company is administrated, as established in general assembly, by a sole administrator or by a board of administrators composed of three to seven members.
