I declare to be fully aware that attendance at Polimoda courses are mandatory and that exams must be taken at the pre-established times (there are no make-ups). Polimoda reserves the right to change the course of studies for the courses offered at Polimoda without forewarning. I understand that is my duty and not that of Polimoda the obtaining of student visas and the applying for permits of stay required by the Italian legislation, before the beginning of my attendance in the course.

Polimoda will provide you with all the instructions in order to ensure your successful application for the above mentioned documents. Since you can apply for a student visa only in your home country, make sure you have followed the right procedure and obtained the necessary papers before leaving your country.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
(after the 31st of January) ENROLL myself in the chosen course paying the entire cost + Euros 90 as admission fee (for each chosen course)
ENROLL myself in the chosen course using the Polimoda Student COUPON paying  the proposed cost + Euros 90 as admission fee (for each chosen course). We remember that to use the COUPON you must be a Polimoda student or you must received the COUPON from a Polimoda student, in this case we need a confirmatory email from the student. REGULATIONS

We remind you that in order to confirm your admission you are required to send to Polimoda in time the following documents:

  • Conditions of Enrollment, signed (we will send you this form when we’ll received your enrolment application or your payment)
  • three passport size photos
  • a photocopy of your passport

 

If payment and the above-mentioned documents are not received within the stated deadline, we regret to say that your name will automatically be removed from the list of admitted students and we will keep the entire amount of the enrolment fee of € 90 for the secretarial expenses.

 Please note that all summer courses will only be activated when a minimum number of students have been admitted. If the course should not begin you will receive a full refund, except for Euros 50 as part of the admission fee for the secretarial expenses anyway met.

We remind you that in order to come to study at Polimoda you need to  apply for a student visa. To apply, you will have to submit a certification of enrolment (in Italian) to the Italian embassy/consulate. This certificate will be sent to you once we have received the confirmation of your payment of the tuition fees for the program and all the signed documents enclosed to this Enrolment Application. All enrolments from non EU citizens requiring a student visa or an extension to an existing student visa are subject to Euros 100 registration fee.

You’ve got three methods of payment:

Please specify the student's name and surname in the transfer document.

2 -     by cash or bank check directly at our Accounting Office;

3 –    comfortable at home with your credit card. Pay with Paypal. (we remember you that you can use Paypal only for less than € 1.500 – course fee + admission fee)  Enter the protect area.
