The course aims to provide the essential methods and theories for researching and presenting fashion trends.
Participants will learn to put together a trends book to complete their portfolios.
The concept of fashion trend, customs and economics: cultural phenomena and production strategies. How to plan a product in relation to current trends. From the color to the fabric. From the fabric to the shapes. The target concept in relation to fashion trends. Identifying the topics behind trends. Tests, discussions and hands-on research. Organizing teamwork. Coordinating color charts, materials, fashion plates. At the end of the course the different teams compare their experiences.

Polimoda accepts students from the age of 16.

There isn’t any admission exam but we please ask you to send us you cv so that we can better organize the class.

4 hours per day from Monday to Friday

2.000 euro

If the course will not start, we will refund you the entire fee except for 50 euro as the admission tax.
