The Master provides a broad overview of all aspects relating to fashion, image, cosmetics, make-up, perfumes and to the entire fitness and well-being sector (spas, beauty farms and centres etc.). Consumers’ habits and their way of life are changing; the beauty and well-being market is expanding and offering new opportunities for development.
The synergies that exist between the worlds of beauty and fashion are now self-evident; the consumption of beauty products is extending into new areas as the individual seeks personal well-being, harmony and balance at all stages of life.
This sector is in continual evolution as both fashion designer companies and the large consortiums of the beauty business invest in the market.
Unique of its kind, this Master course aims to produce marketing experts trained to work with fashion companies, businesses specialized in both the beauty (luxury and mass market), and fitness and well-being sectors.

Fashion System: fashion and lifestyle, evolution and trends; knowledge of the fashion system, reference markets, main businesses and their diversification policies regarding trends, the beauty and image markets.
Beauty & Cosmetics Markets: competition analysis of main markets, developing trends, expansioin of distribution, competitors.
Product Development: development strategies and knowledge of beauty products: from treatments to skin care, make up, hair care, perfumes and packaging.
Marketing Management: defining marketing strategies and plans; analyzing and evaluating the market environment; analyzing consumer markets; establishing brand value and defining positioning strategies; analyzing competition; defining marketing mix, web marketing.
Marketing Communication: communication models and techniques, integrated communication research, media and promotions strategies, media planning.
Fashion & Beauty Advertising: analysis and evolution of advertising communication in the beauty, fashion, cosmetics and perfume sectors.
Trade & Retail Marketing: strategies and tactics tailored to different distribution channels and sales points; the importance of visual merchandising: creating value for the distributor and customer loyalty.
Case study and project work: case analyses of the most representative companies (luxury/cosmetics/fashion sectors) in various areas of management. Practical exercises and final presentation of a marketing plan.

ELIGIBILITY
The Master is open to graduates (or equivalent), final year students and professionals with at least 2/3 years experience in the sector. Knowledge of English at intermediate level is required.
HOW TO APPLY
Candidates will be selected by:
- a psycho-aptitude test;
- a practical test;
- a motivational interview.
