The course aims at giving insight on the techniques, processes and trends that permeate the
world of Fashion Fragrances. In collaboration with professionals and active players from the fashion perfume industry, the students will discover methods and materials, as well as gain insider knowledge of the business.
The course syllabus will include among other classes: basis of Fragrance Making; Consumer Behaviour;Trend Forecasting; international case studies analysis.
The course also includes: an international guest lecture by a fashion industry expert; a personal creative project; and an individual interview with a senior teacher from the course to assess your potential and further opportunities to continue in this field of study. The whole working process and final project will be documented in a design book, adding value to the portfolio of any fashion designer.
Participation in this course is an excellent initial stage of preparation in the fashion business, on the aspects of creativity and communication: a course of study that may continue with the 4-year undergraduate program in Business of Fashion, Marketing and Communication or the 9-month master’s program in Creative Direction.
